Welcome back!
Three months ago, you completed a workshop on psychological safety and wellbeing. This quick check-in (20-30 minutes) reminds you of the key concepts covered and encourages you to reflect on how you've applied what you learnt since. What did you actually do? What worked and why? What didn't work or what haven't you been able to do?
We'll refresh a couple of key ideas and practice them through real scenarios. Then you'll set new actions based on what you've learned from trying (or not trying) things in your actual work.
